Refund policy

Because we can all change our minds!

 

 

Whether you purchased your items online or in-store, it doesn’t matter—you can return them to any of our boutiques at no cost.

Except for items purchased on clearance*, you have 30 days to return any clothing that doesn’t suit you, for any reason.

Returned items must be in new condition with the original tags attached. Items that have been washed, worn, stained, or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, earrings, hats, and shoes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Present your receipt at checkout, and we will refund you using the original payment method. Please note that items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or refunded in-store.
 

 

 

Special events: No exchanges, price adjustments, or refunds will be offered during our VIP events, exclusive events, special promotions, Black Friday, or Boxing Day.

 

*Items purchased at final sale (50% or more off) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
**Receiving the invoice electronically indicates your consent to receive our recurring communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in our messages.

 

In-store returns

No matter if the items are bought at a store or online returns at one of our stores is free. Show your receipt at the checkout and we will reimburse the item through the same method of payment it was paid with. Please note that items purchased in stores can only be exchanged or refunded in stores.

Special events: No returns or reimbursements nor price adjustments during our VIP events, Black Friday and Boxing Day.

 

Returns by mail

Circle on the delivery slip the items you’re returning. Put the items and the slip in the bag and attach the return label. You’ll be refunded within five days of us receiving your package. It may take a few days before the transaction appears on your credit card statement. Please note that items purchased in stores can only be exchanged or refunded in stores.

 

Conditions for returns

Items must be returned in new condition and carry the original label. Items that have been washed, worn, stained, or damaged are neither refundable nor exchangeable. For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimsuits, and earrings for piercings are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Shipping fees paid for the delivery of your order (online purchase) are not refundable.

 

Web order cancellation

Are you having second thoughts about the purchase you just made on our website? We understand. As long as you have not received the shipping confirmation, you can cancel your order; contacting us by email. If you have received the shipping confirmation, the parcel is on its way. No worries: you can return any item ordered online to a store or by mail by following the process described above.
