Returns and Refunds

Unsatisfied? We’ll refund.

It’s as simple as that! For a refund, return your unsatisfactory items within 30 days. 

In-store returns 

Whether you bought your items in-store or online, in-store returns are always free. Show your receipt at the checkout and we will reimburse the item through the same method of payment it was paid with.

Note that items bought in-store can only be exchanged or refunded in-store and that on sale items cannot be returned. Find a store near you.

Postal returns

Items bought from our website can also be returned by mail. A $7.95 flat rate fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping charges.

If you are an Advantage Program member, we will cover the return shipping fees with a limit of one free mail return per order. For any additional postal return from the same order, a $7.95 flat rate fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items bought in-store can only be exchanged or refunded in-store.

Conditions for all returns

  • Items must be returned in new condition and carry the original tag.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, stained or damaged are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimsuits and earrings for piercings are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Shipping fees paid for delivery of your order (online purchase) are not refundable.


Web order cancellation

Are you having second thoughts about the purchase you just made on our website? We understand. As long as you haven’t received the shipping confirmation, you can cancel your order by calling us at 514 399-0899 or 1 844 362-1555.

If you have received the shipping confirmation, the parcel is on its way. No worries: you can return any item ordered online to a store or by mail by following the process described above.
